Challengers’ Club Qualifiers who choose to attend will receive the following:
- Attendance for you and your family to the Challengers’ Club Incentive trip on Hilton Head Island.
- Travel mileage reimbursement to and from the hotel calculated from your home city.
- Driver: Attendees driving will be reimbursed for the use of their personal automobile. If two or more attendees travel in the same car, only one driver will be reimbursed. The reimbursement rate will be 54 cents per mile. Complimentary self-parking is available at the resort. Valet parking will be at your own expense (approximately $20 per night).
- 1 Room for four (4) Nights at the Westin Resort Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa.
- One Company-sponsored excursion/activity per qualifier and registered guest(s).
- Complimentary daily breakfast buffet for qualifier and registered guest(s).
- Two (2) evening events which include dinner and beverage service for qualifier and registered guest(s).

The Carolina Room
Experience a true taste of Hilton Head Island at The Carolina Room, the hotel’s signature restaurant. Using only the highest-quality, locally-sourced ingredients, the chefs give traditional regional dishes a modern twist. For seafood lovers, the resort offers a special “Farm & Sea to Table” menu. An extensive wine list and craft cocktails are also available.

Enjoy casual dining and cold drinks with picturesque ocean views at the poolside bar and grill. Located next to the main pool and steps from the beach, Splash offers a relaxing place to listen to live music and relax in the warm ocean breeze.

This waterfront restaurant offers unobstructed ocean views. Feast on a variety of fresh fare, including small plates, salads, and seafood. Enjoy refreshment from the signature drink menu—perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach in Hilton Head.

The Company will cover the costs of your lodging over the group dates. Upon check-in at the hotel, you will be asked to show your I.D. and to present a valid credit card or leave a cash deposit of $250 per night to cover incidental charges during your stay. Debit and credit card users please note: If the debit or credit card you plan to use for check-in is associated with a bank account, your bank will place a hold on the account for the estimated amount you will owe upon checkout. If your final bill is less than the amount on hold, your bank will release the excess funds in accordance with its internal policies/procedures. The resort has no control over the release of these funds.
If you plan to arrive or depart on days other than the group dates, reservations will be based on availability and will be at your expense. We will book your hotel stay based on the dates provided when you register. Additional hotel rooms needed for your guest or others in your party will also be at your expense. The prevailing rate of $269.00 per night (plus $22/night resort fee and $25/person/night for a 3rd and 4th person) will apply.
The Company will provide gratuities for the bellmen and maids at the hotel. If at any time you feel you have received special service, please feel free to acknowledge it at your discretion. Always, during any program, there are people working tirelessly and discreetly to create a successful and memorable experience just for you. It is customary to tip 18 – 20 percent at restaurants and in bars and taxis.

Sponsored Activities
Coastal Discovery Museum Experience featuring Four Activities and a picnic lunch
The museum is one of the most memorable destinations on Hilton Head Island. You will have the opportunity to explore natural history and cultural heritage on this 68-acre Honey Horn property. The museum’s trails, gardens, live oaks, butterfly enclosure and horses are just a few of the fun experiences you will encounter during your visit. A complimentary round of golf on the Barony Course at the Port Royal Golf Club with box lunch.
This 18-hole course was built in 1963 and features 6,530 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Designed by George W. Cobb, the Barony Course offers generous fairways and a risk reward approach to the greens. You will especially enjoy the back nine known for its scenic beauty and remarkable layout.
Participating golfers must be at least 16 years of age. Rental clubs will be available upon request when registering for the program.
Please note if all family members do not choose the same activity or decide to have a day of leisure at the resort an adult must accompany any family member under the age of 18. A lunch per diem will be provided for those not participating in one of the above activities.

Dress & Attire
Daytime and evening activities and events – Resort Casual
Resort Casual is a bit dressier than casual and is defined as tastefully comfortable sports clothes, including collared shirts for men. Layers are recommended. Graphic T-shirts, tank tops, jeans, short shorts, flip flops are NOT encouraged, nor recommended.
Casual is defined as jeans, slacks, nice shorts, collared shirts, closed-toe shoes for men; jeans, slacks, nice shorts or skirts/dresses for women. No gym or workout attire.
Bathing suits, abbreviated tops and short shorts are NOT acceptable except at beaches and pools. In public (including public areas of hotels), beach wear must be covered. Bare feet are not acceptable anywhere in public.
Plan to dress in layers or bring a sweater/light jacket as hotel banquet rooms and evenings may be cool.
For Costal Discovery Museum, comfortable and appropriate walking shoes, hat and sunscreen are recommended.
For golf, no denim or tank tops. Shorts may be worn but must be of Bermuda short length, and men must wear collared shirts; soft-spiked shoes only. Women may wear collarless attire. Hat and sunscreen are recommended. You must provide your own golf shoes.

Miscellaneous Information
Unlimited dependents or two (2) non-dependents under the age of 21 are welcome as your guest(s). You and your registered guests are expected to attend all group functions. Other family members and/or guests traveling with you may NOT attend Company-sponsored events or activities.
Food/beverages may NOT be taken out of Company-sponsored meals and receptions. Any expense incurred for others (Not your registered guests) traveling with you will be your responsibility.
After May 20, changes, cancellations and/or no shows to registered activities may result in charges to the attendee. All 1099s will be based on your registered activities as of May 20 and will include activities added on-site; they will not be adjusted downward for activity cancellations or no shows.
If you are traveling with a pet/service animal, arrangements must be made in advance, and NOT at the time of check-in. All animal arrangements must be made through the Company and NOT directly with the hotel. Please make any applicable notes in the SPECIAL HOTEL NOTES/REQUESTS field when registering. All animal-related fees (deposits and/or cleaning and damages) will be at your expense and you will be required to comply with all hotel animal policies.
If you have any special physical or dietary or other needs, please make a note during the registration process. Requests made on-site may not be accommodated and cannot be guaranteed.
